FAQ GENERAL EVENT
Where will the event take place?
The Swap-A-Palooza will take place in The Pollock Room at Penguin City Brewing. This is their backroom space and you can get there through the taproom (main entryway).

Is the event free to the public?
Yes, the event is free to enter!

Do I have to be 21+ to attend?
The event is open for all ages, but you must be 21+ to purchase and consume alcohol.

Do I have to swap at the event?
Nope! If you don't feel like swapping at the event, you can come shop our upcycled and vintage sellers or have a beer with us!

Will there be food?
Yes! There will be a food truck on-site at Penguin City.
FAQ SWAP
Where/when should I bring my swap items?
If you are bringing items to swap, we will have drop-off the day before, October 12th after 5:00 pm in the Penguin City taproom . If you can not drop your items off during this time period, please contact Alison at 330.207.6872 to schedule another drop off time!

I don't have clothes to swap, but I'm interested in new items!
No worries! All Clothing Swap items are free. Feel free to take anything that catches you eye.​

What do you do with leftover swap items?
All clothing items leftover after the event ends will be donated to the Warren Family Mission.

What can we swap?
This swap will include sections for clothing (men's, women's, & children's), accessories (shoes, headware, accent items), and books!
Is there a limit of items we can bring?
Please only bring 10 items or less.
Are there dressing rooms?
Penguin City will have restrooms in their taproom that can be used to try on any items.
What sizes do you have?
Since all swap items will be brought in day of, we aren’t sure how many of each size we will have available. The swap is open to all and we are expecting a range of sizes and styles!
Do I have to bring hangers?
No! Our team will be providing hangers for the swap
Will all of my items be accepted?
We are only accepting lightly worn and clean items. Think clothing that you would led to a friend.
Do you only offer swapping for womens clothing?
No! While most of the clothing is women’s, we swap all styles and types of clothing. Want more male/uni-sex options? Encourage your friends to join the swapping!
